Rosh Hashanah

back to home

Celebrated this year from September 29 through October 1, Rosh Hashanah is the first of the High Holidays of the Jewish religion and roughly equivalent to New Year on the Gregorian calendar. Traditionally introduced by the blowing of the shofar, a trumpet made from a ram’s horn, Rosh Hashanah is often an occasion to send holiday greetings to friends. Guild member stores generally carry a variety of boxed Rosh Hashanah greeting cards to celebrate this holiday. Also, you can create your own custom greeting card from several of our leading fine paper collections.
